2. Ordering Process
- Order Placement: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You must provide accurate delivery details; errors may delay or cancel shipments.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed in full before order processing.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. After dispatch, cancellation requires approval from our customer service team.
3. Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in USD but may convert to your local currency during checkout. Final amounts are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Additional fees (e.g., customs duties, taxes) are not included in listed prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Shipping Options: Choose from standard, express, or custom shipping. Delivery times are estimates; delays due to customs or logistics are beyond our control.
- Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers. You must monitor delivery status; failure to collect packages may result in return or disposal.
- Risk of Loss: Items are deemed delivered once they reach the destination country. Any loss or damage during transit is not our liability unless proven negligent.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened items in original packaging. Buyer must cover return shipping costs unless due to our error.
- Refund Process: Refunds issued within 7–14 business days after receiving returned items. Refund amounts exclude original shipping fees.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, perishables, and software downloads are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Product Availability & Discontinuation
- We strive to fulfill all orders, but product availability may change due to supply issues. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds.
- Discontinued products may be removed from listings without notice.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
- All content (text, images, trademarks) on our website is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from service disruptions or product use.
- Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the product/service.

- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to arbitration in China
